What counts as a "brand"?
Any product, project, or business you actively operate under its own identity — Inflecto, Sendinel, and Cyber Wingman would each count as one brand. The Free plan includes 1. Pro and above are unlimited.
What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key. You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini API credentials directly to Synchronex. They're stored AES-256-GCM encrypted and never returned in plaintext. Every paid tier includes BYOK at no extra charge.
What is Sendinel, and why is it bundled?
Sendinel is the email and social delivery layer for the Synchronex portfolio. When your Marketing worker drafts a campaign and your CEO agent approves it, Sendinel fires it across email, LinkedIn, and social — no manual export. Pro includes 10,000 email sends/mo on Synchronex's infrastructure. Need higher volume or your own Resend key? Sendinel BYOD ($29/mo) runs unlimited sends on your own account.
Pro vs. Sendinel BYOD — which do I need?
Pro is the AI layer: all 20 workers, the CEO agent, memory, MCP server, and 10K email sends bundled. Sendinel BYOD ($29/mo) is email infrastructure only — unlimited sends on your own Resend key, no AI workers. Note: BYOD requires connecting your own Resend account — it's not instant setup. If you want the AI operating layer, Pro is the answer. If you only need email delivery, Sendinel BYOD is the right fit.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment method. You only need to add a card when upgrading to Pro or Team.
What happens when I hit the Free plan limit?
You stay on Free and keep everything you have. Adding a fourth worker or a second brand requires upgrading to Pro. We never delete your data or lock you out.
How does the annual plan work?
Annual billing is charged upfront for the year. Pro annual is billed $468/yr — two months free vs. monthly. Team annual is about $40/seat/mo (billed $480/seat/yr). You can switch to annual at any time; the difference is prorated.
How does Team per-seat pricing work?
Each person on your team is one seat. Team starts at 5 seats minimum at $49/seat/mo (or $490/seat/yr annually). You can add seats at any time and billing prorates automatically. Each seat includes its own 10,000 email sends/mo via Sendinel.
Can I downgrade from Pro back to Free?
Yes. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Workers and brands beyond the Free limits become read-only. No data is deleted.
