Wren Terms of Service

Effective date: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Wren, a personal email assistant operated by Desler Digital Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and made available through synchronex.ai. By connecting an email account to Wren, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Wren. If you are connecting a Google Workspace account, you confirm you have authority to do so under your organization’s policies.

2. What Wren Does

Wren connects to email accounts you authorize through Gmail’s OAuth, triages incoming mail, answers questions about your inbox, and, only for actions you have explicitly enabled and approved, can send, draft, reply to, label, or archive email on your behalf. Wren is built to work with the AI provider subscription you already have, rather than requiring a new one.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the Google accounts you connect and for reviewing any action Wren proposes before approving it. Wren is designed never to take a sending, deleting, or bulk-modifying action without your explicit go-ahead, but you are the one who grants that approval and you are responsible for it.

4. Availability

Wren is provided as-is, without guaranteed uptime. Triage runs on a schedule, or on your own device depending on how you have set it up, and depends on Google’s API and, where used, third-party AI providers being available. Outages on either side may delay or interrupt Wren’s functionality.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wren to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to access an email account you are not authorized to use, or to attempt to circumvent Wren’s approval-gating on sending, deleting, or bulk actions.

6. AI-Generated Content

Draft replies, summaries, and answers Wren produces are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything Wren drafts before it is sent, the same as you would for any assistant.

7. Intellectual Property

Wren’s software, design, and branding belong to the Company. Your email content remains yours; connecting it to Wren does not transfer any ownership.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wren, including any email sent, drafted, or modified using an action you approved.

9. Termination

You can stop using Wren and revoke its access at any time (see the Privacy Policy, Section 6). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We will update the effective date above when these Terms change, and post material changes here before they take effect.
