How Decisions Work
Decisions are durable records of what was chosen, why it was chosen, and which products or workflows may be affected. Synchronex stores decisions with product context, tags, timestamps, and status so future sessions can retrieve relevant reasoning instead of repeating old debates.
The Decisions feed is also the approval surface for consequential worker actions. When a worker prepares a connector write, Sendinel campaign, or other action that needs review, the item appears with enough context for a human to approve, dismiss, or inspect before anything external happens. This keeps workers useful without turning them into invisible automation.
Search, dashboards, and worker briefing rooms can all use decision records. The same underlying rows support memory retrieval, launch review, and operational control across personal, team, and workspace scopes.
