Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Synchronex to:

• Generate, schedule, or distribute bulk unsolicited email, SMS, or social content (spam).
• Harvest email addresses or contact data for unsolicited outreach.
• Spoof sender identities or manipulate message headers to obscure origin.
• Run outbound campaigns to lists where recipients have not given explicit opt-in consent.

Legitimate permission-based marketing campaigns — including email newsletters, social posts, and drip sequences sent to opted-in audiences — are permitted and supported uses of the platform.

You may not use Synchronex to create, store, distribute, or facilitate:

• Content that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark.
• Defamatory, harassing, or threatening content directed at individuals or groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or genocide.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive practices of any kind.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from Synchronex or its underlying AI models and infrastructure.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Synchronex systems or networks without express written authorization from Desler Digital Enterprises LLC.
• Circumvent authentication, access controls, or tenant isolation mechanisms.
• Access another user’s data, workspace, or account without authorization.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Synchronex UI or API beyond documented and authorized integration patterns.

Responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities is welcomed. Report findings to security@synchronex.ai rather than exploiting or disclosing them publicly.

Synchronex operates on shared AI infrastructure. To protect the experience for all users you may not:

• Deliberately generate excessive AI requests to degrade service availability for others.
• Attempt to extract, replicate, or distill AI model weights or training data through systematic prompting (“model extraction attacks”).
• Use the platform to benchmark or evaluate AI models on behalf of a competing AI provider or product without written permission.
• Resell or sublicense platform-managed AI capacity to third parties.
• Deliberately craft prompts to bypass safety filters or content policies of the underlying AI providers (prompt injection attacks).

BYOK plans route requests through your own provider credentials. Your usage under BYOK is also subject to this policy in addition to your provider’s terms.

You may not use Synchronex to:

• Produce or distribute synthetic media designed to deceive — including deepfakes of real individuals without their consent.
• Automate the production of coordinated inauthentic content (fake reviews, astroturfing, bot-driven engagement).
• Generate disinformation, propaganda, or misleading health or safety claims intended for broad distribution.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, the campaigns you run, and the channels you publish to using Synchronex. Human approval gates exist in the platform to give you control before consequential actions are taken — use them.

We may review reported content for AUP compliance but are not obligated to pre-screen all output. If you encounter content that appears to violate this policy, report it to trust@synchronex.ai.

Violations of this AUP may result in: content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund. For serious violations involving illegal activity, we may report relevant information to law enforcement.

We will generally give notice and an opportunity to respond before taking action, except where the violation is severe, ongoing, or requires immediate action to protect users or the platform.

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days’ notice. The current version is always at synchronex.ai/legal/aup.
